Allow me to introduce myself: I’m a guitar player with 30+ years of experience, and I truly enjoy life and connecting with others.

I chose to teach as I have spent many years of study and practice to achieve my current ability and I find meaning in sharing my knowledge. Allow my experience to streamline and avoid pitfalls in your learning development. As a teacher I want to support your specific needs, apply them at a pace and volume that best suits you. Too fast is overwhelming too slow is uninspiring. Being comfortable and enjoying the journey is what its all about. Focus is necessary but interest and excitement allows that to occur naturally. Having fun and building confidence is the underlying reward while allowing you to take your learned knowledge to grow independently for the rest of your guitar playing journey, that’s my commitment to you as a Teacher. My guitar lessons are based on where you are now and where you want to go.

My philosophy

There are no secret scales, tricks or over night transformations.

There is only knowledge, inspiration and effort. Period.

Having a teacher guide you is by far the most impactful approach, rather than finding out of context lessons and information. Studying about fuel injectors is not helpful if you do not know how to drive.? (been there)

The ingredients of music are very basic, the recipe you create is what sets everyone apart.

The knowledge of music is very much like clay as it may be formed many different ways yet its components are the same.

Knowing where you are and why your there is a very powerful relationship with music and continues to refine itself with your effort.
